Our products are not dishwasher safe. Putting in the dishwasher can cause damage to the vacuum seal and to the outside of the bottle.
For best results, hand wash with a non-abrasive dish soap. A brush is a great tool for making sure your bottle is as clean as can be. After washing, let your zee. air dry upside down with the cap off. We recommend cleaning after every use.
Follow the same instructions under Zee. product care. To remove outside surface stains, wash your jar with baking soda.
The Zee. are made of high-quality, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. We use a copper coating in between two stainless steel layers, making our products more durable and resilient to rust. All Zee. products are BPA-free, providing a healthier and eco-friendly alternative to plastic water bottles. With proper care, your Zee. should last for years.
Our technology keeps liquids inside the bottle cold for 24 hours. Placing bottles in the refrigerator or freezer will not change the temperature of the contents inside of the bottle. We do not recommend putting bottles in the freezer, as it may cause the vacuum seal to break.

Standard shipping orders average 5-7 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.
The zee. does ship outside of the United States, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping) within 90 days of your purchase date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization. Please note that all returned products must be in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode intact. Returned products must also include all components and manuals.
